I am New Orleans Psychic Medium Cari Roy. To the media, I am a Subject Matter Expert about all things “spiritual” here in the Big Easy.
To my clients, I am a strategist, a confidante, a motivator, and a guide along the long and winding road of our life path.
I didn’t just stumble into this work; I was born into it. As a third-generation spiritual advisor, I was raised in a home where the unseen was just as real as the furniture. My mother was also a gifted psychic medium and my grandfather a master astrologer and numerologist.
This provided fertile ground and supportive direction to allow my own abilities to bloom. But as I grew into young adulthood, my quest for knowledge took me away from home to university where I studied psychology, philosophy and comparative religions.
Before I even knew that this is what I’d do professionally, I studied everything I could get my hands on to understand my gift and what the responsibility of using it entailed.
By the mid-1980s, I trusted my own intuition enough to begin my career as a professional reader. This past year I celebrated my 40th year in business thanks to everyone along the way.
I am not just here to just “tell your fortune”. I am here to help you create your reality.
